Anna is a certified Iyengar yoga instructor.
At Solid Water, she brings her yoga-inspired techniques to guide students on the journey towards finding flexibility and mobility as our bodies go through aging, injuries, or childbirth and menopause for women. Her classes are very gentle and yet extremely effective and result-oriented. Students of all levels are welcome.
Kate is a certified choreography, pilates and acrobatics coach. At Solid Water, she teaches classes aimed at the holistic development of the whole body’s flexibility and stamina.
